Entertaining Oscar Wilde's Stories Supported by Great Actors

At first, I bought this DVD not because I am a fan of Oscar Wilde’s literature, but because actor Jeremy Brett is in it. Happy to know that I am not disappointed. You can watch Jeremy Brett’s wonderful acting in two movies: “The Picture of Dorian Gray” (1975) as a tragic painter named Basil Hallward and “An Ideal Husband” (1969) as Viscount Goring. What a joy to see his superbly versatile acting, both in a thriller-drama and a comedy. I also recommend “The Importance of Being Earnest” which is quite funny. All around, entertaining stories with great actors. I recommend this DVD highly. :)

A Shakespeare Movie Never Looks This Good

I love this DVD so much! Seeing Sir Laurence Olivier, Jeremy Brett, Joan Plowright and Michael Jayston all in one screen in one of my favorite Shakespeare tales? Oh joy! Brilliant actors with great acting, no doubt. Truly memorable and unforgettable. Not too mention the fact that the young Mr. Jeremy Brett is incredibly handsome with mustache as Bassanio. 😍🥰♥️💖
