Not for Triple Play Customers!
3 of 3 found this helpful The itemarrived quickly, and may be new, but was a very old model. It powered easily, and all lights went on. I followed all directions, but spent a lot of time trying to get it to work correctly, with my comcast Triple Play, and it did not. I worked with phone support people (4 different ones) for a long time. As a last resort, I had them send a very experienced tech to my house, but he showed me that it was just not compatible with my system. I'll be returning it.

Great Purchase
Ours is in our attic. I had it installed by my son-in-law to be sure I would have TV if cable went out. I have a SMART TV with HD. Even when cable is out, I get so many channels, and so clearly, that I can hardly notice when cable is not working! I highly recommend this product.
