Genuine Acme 535 Silent Dog Whistle Gundog Training Aid
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased this dog whistle because I walk my dog on the beach each day & often it's windy. Then, she doesn't hear when I call out for her to come. The whistle cuts through the wind & she responds immediately, with minimum effort on my part.
To begin with I couldn't workout how to open the whistle, but checking on u-tube solved that problem.
My dog is a house pet not a working dog, so I only use it to attract her attention when I want her to 'come', not for complicated instructions.
I read somewhere to buy a second whistle, as I was sure to misplace this one at some stage, and this I intend to do.
The whistle is pricy, but good quality. I feel worth the money.

Expensive & non-effective
Was not effective for me. I perspire profusely in warm, humid, weather. Did nothing to alleviate this or reduce perspiration odour. Not worth the money. This product is not cheap. I thought paying the extra cost compared to other products would mean good quality. I followed the reviews & I was conned.
