Solide phone, crummy flash!!
Just got this mobile secondhand on ebay now that its a bargain! A very nice solid feeling phone, menus can be a little confusing however.
Very good RDS radio built in, and optical zoom which is a first for a mobile phone, easily slipped into a jeans pocket, a nice weight unlike these 1 milligram miniature size of a peanut phones!! Suits me just fine!
Can't seem to get the picture stabilisation function to permanently switch on, looks like it needs to be set every time you take a picture!
The camera flash, hmmm, like many other reviews I'd read have said, it's NOT a proper camera flash most likely due to power requirements & size of flash unit, so hence it only can really take a decent picture in the dark within a few (5ft!) feet of the camera!! This is just as I expected having read reviews before buying, I bought this for the optical zoom camera and the rds stereo built-in!
Overall, a good phone, although a bit badly thought out/old fashioned is having to have separate entries in contact book for contacts with more than one number, I could have at least 3 different numbers (mobile home work) stored under one contact name on my old Sony W900i, as well as address details too! Bit of a backward step for me, but never mind!
