Exactly what I was looking for
My job requires me to sit at a computer desk for the majority of my day, & my body has started to reflect that lack of movement. I didn’t even know if such a thing as this existed but began a google search that led me to this product.
After receiving & assembling, I love it! It comes with a meter that tells you how far, fast, the length of time, & how many calories you burn! There are different levels of resistance that I will be trying out. (I’ve started on the lowest setting since I’m so out of shape.) I highly recommend!
