    Unreliable seller. Paid for express tracked delivery. When tracking details were not updated, seller advised that their work pattern made visiting the post office problematic. Seller gave an assurance on two separate occasions the item would be posted. On both occasions the seller failed to post. Eventually they stopped responding to messages so no choice but to escalate to eBay to resolve. Refund issued with no explanation. Wish I had noted past feedback referencing a long postage period.
