  I was VERY polite requesting a partial refund because item wasnt described accurately. She couldve just refused my request and LEAVE IT AT THAT. But instead she humiliated me on her feedback, when in fact I SHOULD BE THE ONE leaving her a negative feedback. I have to defend myself because of this aggressiveness & left a feedback as well. There's nothing wrong with pointing out that used items are UNDERSTANDABLY NOT perfect, but EVERY imperfections should be MENTIONED and PHOTOGRAPHED. Be kind.
