Not what I expected from Panasonic
The button switching on the phone has to be pressed very firmly ,(much more so than on many other phones) and wait to hear the line has connected before dialling the required number.
Sometimes get the message the number you have dialled has not been recognised even though it had been inputted correctly. A second attempt goes though quite normally. All in all a disappointment as I rated ALL PANASONIC PRODUCTS SUPERIOR ITEMS ,GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY but this phone turns out to be mediocre at best
