The stretch was good but bands too thin for me in use.
I have had therabands before and they are much thicker and therefore easier to hold and put round your ankles for physio stretches. You just have to be more careful using these thinner bands.

The timer works well but one lug on the stand has broken off. The magnet is strong but the whole unit rocks when put on the fridge.
