Quite simple to do.
Bought this some time ago and was slightly apprehensive about fitting it. Turns out I didn’t need to Have worried. Took about An hour start to finish. Best to go on YouTube and check out the removal procedure and the taking the old unit apart on there. I didn’t remove the 2 ribbons as the unit screws came out easily without taking the ribbons out. It really was a lot easier than I originally thought.. I didn’t bother replacing the facia panel as the old one was like new and only really needs replacing if you break the old one when taking the unit apart..
