3 of 3 found this helpful The product works exactly the way it was intended. It does prevent about 25% of fat from being absorbed into your body. How do you know it's working? When taken as directed, you can see the excess oil being flushed from your body without any discomfort whatsoever. With a healthy eating plan and exercise, you will also see and feel the results. I use Alli to boost my weight loss and highly recommend it if you are at a plateau and need a little help. Good luck!
