It’s not so much about the item and more about the seller. The first item was lost in transit and the seller went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did seller issue a refund but also sent a replacement at no cost. The item arrived triple packaged. No way that candle was getting damaged in transit. The seller also made exceptional effort to keep me informed of what was happening with my replacement. Definitely a seller of integrity and dedication to products and customer satisfaction!
