Thin and flat, no contour, slightly flimsy, sharp edges that could use sanding.
1 of 1 found this helpful Thin metal with edges that are cut real clean and sharp so it isn't the most comfortable for hands. The material is thin and has zero contour to give it rigidity so it is slightly flimsy. They work but if you are spoiled and are use to surplus Yugoslavian mess kits, this set would be a let-down in comparison.
