Great value for the money - great skills.
1 of 1 found this helpful . An extended look at this realistic, practical and highly effective art. I am a ranked instructor in two martial arts with intermediate/advanced study in about a half-dozen more. I found this a valuable addition to my skill set and my understanding of martial mechanics.
