Excellent book for renters or new home owners.
1 of 1 found this helpful I read this book from cover to cover. It is an excellent book. It is most useful for people who are less experience with the power of home ownership, primarily for renters or new home owners. The book is technically accurate and well presented. If you are already knowledgeble about the benefits of home ownership you may not find a lot of inovative ideas, just a great refresher. I recommed it greatly for new or potential home owners. I am in the mortgage industry and I like to give copies of this book to some of my customers.

1 of 1 found this helpful This book is an excellent resource. I own a 1979 Corvette. It is almost impossible to purchase any parts locally. I am always forced to buy online and wait for the shipment. This book expands your options and makes it easier to find the parts I need. I recommend it.
