  Amazing genuine Karcher products sold via a genuine Karcher Centre which gives you confidence and reassurance (yet to try items out in the Spring).   Perhaps you need to rethink your packaging & therefore your postal charges as the packaging was completely trashed by Royal Mail machines & the bubble wrap inside was damp. Have attached a photo of the back but the front where the address label is located was worse but obviously don't want my personal details out there. Otherwise great service, thank you.

  I'm very sorry to hear that your item was damaged in transit — I completely understand how frustrating this must be, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We’ve shipped many parcels via Royal Mail and have generally found them reliable, though unfortunately, issues can still occur from time to time, as with any courier service.
