Phenomenal Attention to Detail
I was initially somewhat reluctant to spend about 15% of the cars price on a repair that could have gone either way, and spent a whiel tryignto figure out how to do it myself. In short - BBA-reman is about as cheap as you get, for a premium service.
Good quality screen replacement - absolutely no issues with contrast. Guages working well again. Doesnt seem to be throwing the faults it was prior to repair.
If this was all I'd be happy - but they really went the extra mile. The car was second hand and in fairly bad repair - all the screws holding the faceplate were missing, the plastic tabs to hold it in place were broken and the skirt that occusied the gap to the steering wheel was missing. All these issues had been fixed as well. The arranged pick up service worked really well. The item was really well packaged. Worked without issue. I simply couldnt be happer.
If there was one thing that they could improve on would be a sheet detailing exactly what tests were done / results / What exactly was replaced etc. I think that seeing the documented process would be interesting and woudl highlight the lengths they go to. They did send me an email letting me know about one of the specific queries that I had (oil pressure sensor circuit), which was a great help!

Replacement for Candy Clothes Dryer
Candy dryer wasn't working - not heating, still turning, all lights flashing. Ordered this replacement. Very simple installation (unplug, remove a few Philips screws to take off back panel, unbend retaining tabs, unplug sensor and install new by reversing the above steps) with a great result - back working.
Remember to clean out all filters to aim at fixing the root cause.
You can continuity test the old sensor prior to ordering new one (but probably easier to replace it rather than diagnose it properly for this price)
