Curbed my sweet tooth.
Have had these for a couple of weeks now. I actually got 3 packets. Gave 1 packet to my sister, we both agree have helped curb our appetites for especially sweet items. I feel it also gave me a bit more energy throughout the day. Would defo continue using.

Great little book
Lovely book with lots of recipes. Would have been nice in Hardback. Love the fact that it also has recipes for people living with certain issues on a day to day basis. I.e Diabetes, high blood pressure, and slimming are only a few to be mentioned.
Would definitely recommend it.

So easy to follow
Fantastic book. Love the fact it gives you a smoothie for each individual day for a month. Also love the recipe ideas also a recipe for each day for a month too.
Great book with lots of additional amazing information.
Would defo recommend to anyone trying to loose weight or eat healthy.
