Vintage car and bike valve seat cutter.
These cutters are excellent for cast iron and aluminium cylinder heads and made short work of the valve seats on my Ford Crossflow. Potential buyers should be aware that they are not suitable for hardened material as used in unleaded inserts but this is clearly stated in the listing. For what they are designed for they work very well.

A good working replacement for the original part.
The casting quality seems every bit as good as the the original equipment and the adjusters work fine. The square end of the adjusting screw could have done with being a bit longer perhaps but overall very good.

Powerlite starters are an excellent product.
This starter motor was bought for an ongoing project that is not finished yet and consequently has not been tried. However, I bought it because I already have a Powerlite starter on my crossflow engined Caterham which performs brilliantly. The engine has a mechanical fuel pump which is not self priming and takes quite a few swings to start from cold but it has never let me down in two years of ownership. It is lighter and considerably more powerful than the standard pre-engaged starter motor which it replaced.
