The item is faulty. The item arrived boxed with the correct model description on the box. I fitted the screen protector with care as instructed. But the item did not stick properly. I sent photos to the seller showing and stating the problem. I contacted the seller a number of times to report the problem. The seller replied that their screen protector don't stick properly around the edges of the phone screens. They said it will be alright. It's not alright it's faulty. A bad seller.

The packaging of the screen protector says that it is for Samsung S22 and S23. I ordered it for my S23. The protector is small and it only covers the middle area of screen. All edges of your mobile still remain exposed to the damage. I contacted the seller that this is scam and your protector is too small to cover screen of my phone. Their explanation is that this protector is case friendly which is a rubbish justification. Samsung S23 does not have curves so full screen protector should fit.

I'm sorry your not happy. We do explain in the item description that these are case friendly and do not go right to the edge to allow a case to be fitted without affecting the glass and provide exact dimensions. Unfortunately in your only message you felt the need to threaten negative feedback but we don't entertain bullying tactics when your order is exactly as described and description should be read before purchase.
