Arrived Rusty with sharp areas

Arrived in good time, took 2 days which is fine. The box had water damage and wasn’t recent water damage looked like old stock, the bolt heads on each step were rusty and some had very sharp edges which I didn’t notice and cut my finger on a rusty bit of metal. Due to this supposedly being a “New” item I am not happy with it being rusty.
