A great device once it has been set up properly.

The Facebook Portal can be very good but it takes ages to set up, and the first time I tried to use it on Zoom, neither the camera or the microphone would work. Because the instructions are online only, it took quite a while to realise what I needed to do, and the second time it was fine, with the camera tracking whoever is speaking at my end of the call. The result is a very professional Zoom meeting for a good-sized group. Certainly good value for money but it helps if the user is IT-literate.
