  Item was advertised as ‘excellent condition, almost as new’. However, it wasn’t. - Lamp arrived heavily tarnished - Lamp pole sitting wobbly on the base and after careful inspection appears to be a permanent damage - Light switch worn out more than expected Reached out to the seller, who said he didn’t have time to clean beforehand. Also claimed base damage must have happened during postage, which seems to be unlikely. Seller ultimately argued, it’s still a great price. To which I disagree.

  Item arrived damaged in transit by courier, so no longer in condition described. Seller offered refund of £20, ie approx half the total cost, which I accepted. Engineer took around 2 hours to repair/straighten out damage, so just about ok, but a lot of unwelcome hassle.
