We couldn't get it to fit
This would not fit in our UK spec 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee - why? because the rear head-rests do not move up and down, thus the hooks do not fit properly around the posts holding the headrests and stick up at a funny angle making it impossible to get the bolt through the support post at the correct angle.
I dare say the product will work if your headrests have skinny posts and can be moved up to allow fitting the hook, but as it clearly states in the Jeep owner's handbook the rear headrests are fixed - I cannot recommend this product for the Jeep Grand Cherokee.
