  The seller sold an item that is heavily scratched and tried to hide it in the advertisement pictures. I have full-proof of package unboxing. When contacted via chat, the seller responded with false accusations and attempted to humiliate me. The seller was aware of the item's damaged state. Took the pictures when item was fine or photoshop and then insisted on "no returns" policy, knowing the fact that item would arrive damaged and they would refuse a return. Very bad experience with this seller.

  I'm accused of several things here which I just don't have time for. People like this ruin the Ebay experience for many.I've been on eBay for 14 years,with I think negative feedback only once, from another waster, so I suppose I'm lucky really in all those years to have only come across two! I'll eventually get back my feedback score settled, in the meantime the waster can be pettily happy and proud at what he's done, sad. Any buyers reading this, please look at my feedback,it speaks for itself.
