annoying

The slices in the picture must be from a micro loaf. There is no way you can get two slices in. Its really annoying. Why didn't they just make it a couple of inches longer? Its very misleading. The warming rack is frustrating too as it collapses easily. I like to use it as a plate warmer but you cant really balance a plate on it because the rails dont actually sit up at right angles. I suppose it does toast quite evenly which is why it gets one star

Thought it would be much better considering the price

It really does need to be pitch black before you see anything, and even then its not that bright on the white ceiling I painted it on. This doesn't really work with our kids bedroom as they like the door a little ajar, with some very soft low light leaking in. I applied with roller as per instructions but it went on rubbish. Info on the bottle does not advise what type of roller is needed. This info is in the long list of Q&A's in product description, but it should be on the bottle.
