Arrived quickly and was very reasonable price.
I initially had an issue with the charger not working and I did message supplier who replied very promptly. I discovered for myself that the socket must be slightly different to the original and you need to push the plug into the socket till the charge light comes on. A small inconvenience to keep a very useful machine operating as Dyson no longer offer any spares or support and in any case their batteries for later machines are £70. The battery gives a good 10 minutes on boost which beats the original Dyson claim of 6 minutes on their battery.
