Does what you need

I have an APC UPS but the cable that came with it has a DB9 at one end. The PC I wanted to move it to does not have a serial port and a USB-Serial adapter didn't seem to work. With this cable the UPS was recognized immediately. All is good.

This is a high quality product. Well made and good instructions. It contains 8 LEDs that connect to a controller, which in turn can connect to an unused connector on your receiver or other 4-6v source. Only the power leads connect to your receiver -- no signal lead. The lights mimic all marker, beacon and strobes on a real aircraft. Leads are 24" to accommodate up to 48" wingspan. Included are double-stick pads for the controller and sockets for the LEDs if needed.
