1 of 1 found this helpful I've done 5 brews on it, and I have managed to get pretty good efficiency on it. Above 80%. I actually manage to get 33-35L of wort pr run, and it has a max capacity of 40L to the edge.
The Heating element isn't 2500W, at a stable 230V it only draws 2150W, but it's adequate. I have an extra immersion heater I can drop in it when I'm in a hurry.
Build quality is excellent... very nice stainless steel. Strong, sturdy and very, very pretty. Easy to clean.

Works as expected
It's a 5.5mm barrel type connector for power. Sustains 1 Gbps transfer without any problems over the 20m cat5e I run it over.
