Eufy RoboVac 11, High Suction, Self-Charging Robotic Vacuum Cleaner

Rocky Start...then Great
The first robovac I received was used, with hair and debris clogged in the roller brush, UGH! (see photo) The folks at eufy/anker, etc. were very responsive and replaced quickly. But, should NEVER happen, so no 5 stars! Since then it is 5 star. Cleans like crazy!!! Run time is up to 2 hours most times. I find it best to empty the dust bin about half way finished. Quiet; dog now ignores, cat still freaked out. It limps its way to the charger every time. Really like it and hope it lasts a couple of years without issues. We run twice a day for 2 separate areas, so it is getting a four hour workout daily. 3 times it has stopped and beeped flashing red indicating dirty drop sensors. However, they are clean and just restarting fixes it. I have stopped using the auto time function as this may have a connection to the issue. All of the above is only for 4 1/2 days of work, so it remains to be seen about how robust the robot will be. I do recommend the product. Doing a great job on our hardwood floors and on our area rugs. Seems to get just about everywhere and does not get stuck. Wife loves it and takes the load off of her (and me). Floors have never been cleaner and should protect our investment in quality hardwood installed recently.
