Ordered on the 18th of Dec and had to message the company around 27th Dec as it hadn’t arrived. I was informed it would be dispatched on the 2nd Jan when back open. I asked the company if that was the case could I change my delivery address as where I had originally ordered too was a family members house I was visiting for Christmas. I didn’t get a reply back and the item was delivered to the original address.
