Great Switch
I purchased for a low power, home lab switch for studying. It supports a lot of different features that could probably cover everything in the CCNP SWITCH exam. For your Layer 3 stuff, you'll want to get a router too or use GNS3.

Works perfect, no hassel
Plopped two of these in my PC and 2 x M.2 cards for RAID 0. Worked perfectly!

Wonderful unit
This video monitor is great. Great value for the features that it has.
-Built in auto-night vision
-Speaker if you wish to talk to your baby
-Option to turn of the screen so you don't have a bright LCD on at night
-Volume range is perfect
-Being able to move the camera via the controls honestly isn't that useful... but our baby isn't really moving around a lot yet, so it might have uses
-Very sturdy mount
-Battery life is nice
