Lightweight for a 6 channel Rx.
In these 2.4ghz times it will mostly be old hands with more flyable models than can be accomodated on their newer 2.4 Txs who will have need of 35Mhz Rxs. If you can't justify the expense of going the 2.4 route on everything and are still operating some models on 35Mhz, or just have old 35Mhz Txs with functions you like and a profusion of models to operate then these Rxs are the way to go. Being synthesised they don't need an Rx xtal and they bind to whatever xtal is fitted in the Tx, up to channel 80.
I have been using them for many years and have many of these Rxs in models as diverse as a couple of DLGs, bigger electro gliders like a Radian Pro and a Bird of Time, plus at least one 64mm EDF jet and two vintage power models. All have performed faultlessly - some for 10 years now.
