Soft close is a joy
Great item, just what we needed in our house. The seat is either up for the down user or down for the up user and it causes rows more than anything else but with this, its a soft close all the time for every user. I love it!

0 of 1 found this helpful My husband set this up and whilst he struggled with set-up it thats more to do with the fact thats he's not technical at all and I was out so overall we are very happy with it as its so much easier than a previous version we had which included a box. Very happy! All pre-loaded and good to go so if you're toying with the idea then this is a solution for you.
