Well priced meter. Full marks.
An easy to use lightweight meter very suitable for home use. I particularly like the capacitance test section, especially the fact that you push the capacitor into dedicated contacts. This makes for more accuracy when testing small values. Not the sturdiest of plastic cases but what you get for the very low price is amazing.

Good but doesn't work on all Hornby trains.
Only used these for motor control so can't comment on all applications. They work fine on tender drive loco's & small loco's with internal motor. Gave massive problems on the larger, older style loco's with older style motors. I believe this is because of Back EMF issues. All in all an excellent alternative to the more expensive decoders but be careful on which loco you fit it. a very good buy.

Easy to fit low current item.
Small low current decoder that fits were others won't. However, for some unknown reason the stay alive is slow to react. Have fitted the usual resistor,diode & capacitor circuit but a delay occurs before they operate. Not what I expected.
