  Item arrived with a rip in the back of the bag which was not listed or pictured. Seller advised not pictured as its new. I opened the item by hand without the use of scissors so i know i didn't damage it. I requested a refund of 1.97 to pay towards a repair patch but seller asked I return the bag so he can use it himself or give it to charity and claim return postage from royal mail. As I have been looking for this type of bag in this colour for ages I decided to take the loss of repair costs.

  I have offered to send a full refund, which the buyer was reluctant to mention. Now she wants to keep the “damaged’’ item after trying to get money back, I think a full refund was fair. I also know the bag was 100% perfect when posted. It looks like it’s been cut with a sharp object!!
