It's ok
I'm disappointed with waking up hot several times a night. I am not having pain in my shoulder or hip anymore but still have a backache in the morning. It's a tiny bit softer than I expected and I think that's what holes the heat sometimes. I weigh about 125 lbs and I think a heavy person would sink too far in and get really hot. I am waiting for a foundation to come in and hope that will help the backache. I will update my review after I try the foundation.
