Not much flavour
It's got a fairly sweet, sort of "spirit" flavour at begining, then hardly any "after taste", and you have to put a lot on the food to taste it. I think it needs more spices put in it, 1.2% is'nt enough, and maybe some chillies, and less soy sauce. Not the worst "Worcester" sauce I have tasted, but the flavour, or "non" flavour let's it down. I made some "worcester" sauce last week. It has a good, warm, flavour from black pepper, cloves, and chillies, plus a dark colour from black treacle and tamarind. It's just the sauce for a freezing cold winter's night. For the next batch I will put in less chillies, and increase the cloves. Hope this is helpful.

Good product, worth buying
It was in good condition, and up to date and at a price less than you would pay elsewhere.

Mint chocolate mice.
A good product. I've made several mint chocolate mice with it, the chocolate comes out of the mould easily as it is flexable and I've only had one mouse come out with part of an ear missing! But as long as you bend the mould carefully and take the mice out slowly there should be no problem.
