Missing part/ poor communication

We have put the racks on the car........ they look good but did not have the Allen type key in the box! which is integral to tightening the rubber attachments to make it look flush. Luckily we had another key to use but one of the mechanisms is broke (it doesn’t turn!!! ) so that particular one has not been tightened enough to lol flush! We have also since been informed that the missing part is not in the warehouse at the moment so will have to wait until it becomes available!
