An excellent "true crime" book.
Detailed and very well-written account of one New Zealand farmer losing his mind and, eventually, killing 7 people.
The maps, diagrams and photos enhance the compelling text.
This is how "true crime" books should be written.

Good 1971 Guide to East Anglian Windmills.
A 1971 publication so many of the windmills in the book have changed. For example, of two which are described as "very derelict", one has been restored to a dwelling house while the other collapsed in 1977 (information from Wikipedia).
That aside, a reasonable introduction with nice photographs.
