Phenomenal Phone, Phenomenal Performance on Page Plus!!
3 of 3 found this helpful A truly remarkable catch! This phone has two types of quick change scrolling, mousing functions. The first is the standard, often dificult to control highlighting method, which, at times is the best way to scroll around the screen and select items.
The second, and it only takes a quick button press (on the lock button on the left side of the phone) to switch over, is an actual mouse pointer, familiar to all, which I found myself using more of the time.
You also have touch screen selection, zooming, and scrolling, an inherent Microsoft menu system as well as custom menus you can create, great keyboard for a form-factor such as it is with tactile click, and an on screen keyboard too!
Runs Great on the Page Plus Cellular system, which uses the Verizon Network so you've got full coverage and less deadzones, but for only $30.00/mo, including your Internet/Data on the Verizon Network.
The USB cable also charges the phone, and the phone has WiFi, and can be used as a router through which your PC or Laptop can access the Internet too in a pinch.
I use mine to access my GoogleVoice service, so I click on a contact and the service calls that contact, rings me back, and connects the call, without ever leaving the Internet.
I small stylus is also included, but I've found that for the most part, I just used my thumb or index finger for the touch screen features. Dialing the phone is performed on screen if you just want to dial directly, the keypad sufficient for that purpose, although it takes a little getting used to - but no worries, just pay attention to the number you're calling and if you muff it up you can just backspace and correct it before dialing.
You have mute features, and it can of course handle three way calls and call waiting, but again, I use this device to work with my GoogleVoice service for those functions, which makes a smart phone, a real Cyborg!
You can do all the standard IMs by installing them, including MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, Jabber (XMPP), AIM, Gadu Gadu, etc., and of course, you can install skype and do all of your telephony over WiFi as well.
This phone doesn't do the "High Speed" 3G Internet, but since it's a mobile device, those capabilities are mostly moot anyway, since the sites you're going to be using usually have a mobile version that gets handed off to you (prefaced as "m.SLD.TLD" or "SLD.TLD/m" - these provide you with a very sleek and fast rendering anyway, which high speed wouldn't do any good for you anyway, or...
...You can just go the other way, and use your laptop or PC as a router and benefit from the high speed LAN, cable, or DSL service your home or office is Hard-wired to through WiFi (enable connection sharing on your Windows Desktop, for example). And if nothing else, you can do this through BlueTooth too!
You can 'beam' things, such as software and media back and forth, and there's a whole plethora of other software applications you can install and hotsync your laptop/PC with, such as MS OutLook or Mozilla Thunderbird, and pretty much any browser you want to use too, such as FireFox, Chrome, Pascal, and it comes with IE (yuk), and Opera (very good).
Stereo BlueTooth for your listening, removable memory expansion cards, wired stereo jack, drag and drop via the USB cable (you can use this too for routing/Internet), and one of the nicest features is that you can be on a web page and unsuspend right back onto that page when you let it autosleep after non-attendance.
This is an amazing phone.

Pleasant fragrance and doesn't burn or choke you. Very easy to use and works like a charm!
Hard to find sometimes. Often you have to go to an actual beauty supply store. Y'know, where the professional cosmetologists shop.
There's a HUGE beauty supply at the mall in Eureka, California, and they don't carry it!!!
eBay makes it easy no matter where you live.
This is a product used by actual professionals, yet it's very easy for anyone, as long as you're able to match to the color of your beard lol.
Mix the activator with the color in "more or less" the same ratio on the labels (the more activator, the quicker it goes off and burns into your beard hair follicles. Nnote that the ratio is reversed as posted between the two, so iow, the ratio is expressed as 1:2 on the color tube (one part color to two parts activator) and 2:1 on the activator bottle (two parts activator to one part color), so don't let that confuse you ;)
The longer you leave it on the darker it gets, from beige to very dark brown, almost black. you'll need to determine for yourself when it's just right for you, and less is more as you can always re-apply but you can't lighten it once you've overdone it lol.
This is a *SEMI PERM* color line - that means little when using on your beard, or chest, mustache, etc., because those hairs (except for chest hair) will grow out and need to be trimmed long before the color fades anyway, but the biggest plus here, is that the mild peroxide activator doesn't gag and choke you like a regular PERM color does! Remember, you're putting this on your face! Around your mouth and under your nose for prolly 15 or 20 mins.
The last time I couldn't find this and had to buy perm color, I was choking and wheezing from the highly reactive activator... for about twenty minutes! But this stuff has a pleasant fragrance and doesn't burn your skin with that feeling of hot bubbles popping on your facial skin!
My dad was a cosmetologist and this is what he recommended for me. I've been using it for years and have been extremely happy with the results. I think you will be quite satisfied too!
I hope that helps :)
Enjoy!
