This seller not only responded, she genuinely cared. She offered advice, and a solution. I ended up buying more things from her.     Shipping from the seller was quick and painless, engine arrived damaged but that seems to be from Canada Post, as everything was wrapped very securely in bubble wrap. After a few hours cleaning the tracks I was able to get this set running like it was brand new so I am very pleased! Though my cats are not big fans of the contraption
