It is made to a price. The pouring spout (funnel) supplied screws onto the can and the joint is not liquid-tight, so you get a very slow leak of petrol through the joint when you pour the petrol out. For most purposes it is not serious, provided the drops do not fall onto hot or sensitive surfaces..
