Pleased with the batteries, perfect condition & sturdily packaged. Goods were shipped from Germany so took a bit longer to arrive than we had anticipated.

In the listing , it is clearly stated 'They will be shipped from EU warehouse and be delivered within 7-14 days after funds cleared.' We did not receive any communication from buyer no matter weekday or weekend. Tracking number was already provided, anyone can track the the package. It is really irresponsible to leave a feedback without clarifying issues. Now(25/03) the parcel will be delivered, what is the point of this negative feedback?
