Genuine article and good shape overall.
1 of 1 found this helpful This sight was cleaned up well by the seller. Being a used sight the finish on the corners was bright and there was residue of rust and oil in the hinge. Engraved code on the underside matches a Matech sight I had new from its OEM Marine Corp package. Fully functional and still in good cosmetic shape too. The parkerized finish on these are tough. The controls track well and the folding sight leaf stayed up and down as needed not showing much if any wear on the detent or notch. Would buy again without a second thought. Beats import sights and feels better than plastic. I have little need for dual aperture on a back up.

Great features for the price.
Made in USA. Steel inserts at the cap threads. 1/2" mounting nuts are retained, should return to zero with a torque wrench. Conventional cap design won't crimp the scope tube like some hinged or vertically split rings can. Easy to mount.
