  Despite description by seller "It's an excellent pan in great condition", the pan was cracked in 2 places. The seller packed the item very very well,. It was impossible for the defects to have occurred in shipping since there was no damage to the box. The seller did acknowledge one crack, but made up physically impossible excuses for the cracks (I have a professional background in metallurgy). The seller DID offer a refund. However, wanted me to change the reason and called me a liar.

  Again, the first crack line is clear to see in my listing, and eBay officials did acknowledge that as well. The other two crack lines are short and they are at 180 degrees, which means they received pressures from both sides. I did pack well, but shacking does occur during shipping. I stated 4 times that I'd be happy to issue a full refund for shipping damage, but you refused and kept insulting me. I was found no fault during eBay's conciliation. I never called you a liar either.
