Dreadful woman, great writing
She was a dreadful woman. I have no excuse for reading this (except Craig Brown is a brilliant writer) I'm really ashamed of myself for enjoying it. Will donate to the charity shop as soon as I've finished it, don't want to have it in the house in case anybody sees it and thinks I read books like this.

Beautiful pen
While being elegant and lightweight, this is a sturdy pen. It also has magical properties: I lost my lovely old one, couldn't find it anywhere, and wondered if buying a new one would restore the old one to me.
And it did! So I now have two

A classy accessory
Since I now have to use a walking cane now and then, I might as well have a cool one
