  Item was delayed due to not enough postage, as the postage was more them the actual item i was not prepared to pay the postage. I sent a polite message and got a very abrupt message back, no apology nothing. Messaged again the next day, no reply. why should I have to pay twice for postage when it's their mistake!! Shabby communications from this seller!! Got ebay to step in. All I can say is if you're going to sell on eBay have the courtesy to reply to messages and sort out your mistakes!!

  Hi as I had explained to you the post office was at fault for not charging me the correct postage, I’m the one who’s lost out and haven’t been reimbursed like you have . So I’m the one who’s lost and should be annoyed with Royal Mail .
