  Dishonest seller! Insisted item was new and in original unopened box. It was a lie. Item was refurbished. I still might have purchased it for a lower amount but don't like being lied to. "This would not be a new unit; brown generic packaging is provided on refurbished units. New units can be purchased from our website or authorized retailers, this purchased was from another user-end customer, therefore the whole time the person who sold you the unit had the device, the warranty was running."

  This item was not refurbished and was still a new unit. I looked into the situation further and found out why it arrived in generic brown packaging. The specific unit sent to you was stored in a warehouse, which repackaged it into a smaller generic brown box to make shipping cheaper. I tried my best to find a resolution that would be satisfactory and offered a refund if you sent the unit back over (with shipping covered by me). However, this never happened as a refund request was not sent.
