wheel slips, does not move along the can. Mostly useless
1 of 3 found this helpful not sure if bad design or arrived defected but barely works. The wheel slips and it does not move along the can. Need to buy another one now.

not for outside use
2 of 2 found this helpful Not meant for outside use in a wet climate, internals rusted and key / pin sticking hard after a month of daily use. Only managed to lock it after applying WD40 today. Otherwise looks sturdy and reliable. Still shiny as new on the outside.
